HALFEN HLX Lift-Box
The increasing importance of scaffold-free elevator installation requires attachment points cast into the ceiling of concrete shafts for temporary attachment of various loads.
Elevator shaft
The HALFEN HLX Lift-Box makes this possible, providing a safe, temporary fixing point for hoisting apparatus, speed governor/limiter, motor and other equipment during initial installation and subsequent maintenance of an elevator.
The HLX Lift-Box is cast into the concrete slab at the top of the elevator shaft and, due to its low overall height, can be used in slab thicknesses from as little as 150mm. The integrated load bearing loop is suitable for heavy lifting equipment weighing up to 1,500kg. The product is delivered to site pre-assembled as a complete unit, making installation quick and simple.
